Yes that's what I was thinking, the rough early xmas guides have never before come out on a Monday and it seems unlikely as the BBC are releasing Christmas TV highlights to the press tomorrow. Has anybody got a Sunday paper today? There may be a sneak preview confirming exactly what day the xmas guides are being released.
I was under the impression that the BBC were to release details of their Christmas schedules today. The BBC press office page has revealed nothing!!!! Perhaps the schedules are so naff it's not worth knowing!!!!
Apparently, programme information and highlights will be released tomorrow for weeks 51 and 52 on the BBC Press Office website and the early Christmas schedules will be in the papers on Thursday, I can't wait.

So, what sort of movies are we all hoping for from Auntie Beeb this year? What comedies could they have up their sleeve? AS TIME GOES BY, FRENCH AND SAUNDERS, THE GREEN GREEN GRASS, but please NOOOOOOOO more Big Impression!!!!!
Was a bit bored tonight so I made up my own christmas schedule.

I think its usually Christmas Day morning or thereabouts that ITV seem to wheel out Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas, most if not every year - and its usually at some obscure hour like 4am for some reason!

I wonder who? And good to see TOTP remains on BBC One for Christmas Day. I guess we're looking at the first week of December for a glipse at the Christmas programmes and pres?
Well Digiguide seems to have listings up to about the 16th December, so it shouldn't be too long now... and expect to start seeing the Radio Times bringing out their issues early very soon as well.. "Other listings magazines are available" of course!
According to today's Daily Mirror, there will be a Christmas TV Guide pullout on Thursday covering 14 days of Christmas listings from 17th until the 30th December. Although these schedules will be full of TBA's no doubt, it will be interesting to see what is being planned.
I suspect DigiGuide will release the Christmas schedules on Thursday as well and update the listings next week when the schedules are confirmed.
