TBH I hope Two forget about the Window theme for Christmas and if recent special idents are to go by, this will surely be the case.
Personally I would like the 2 to be an actual object and the most prominent feature of the ident, ala 'Heroes' and 'Electric Proms'.
No people running around with painted on emotions, just a good shot of that famous 2 please.

I agree wholeheartedly on that one. We'll find out in about 40 minutes, but because BBC1 are running ten minutes later than billed we'll have both idents revealed at the same time!!! NOOOOOOOOO!!

Yeah, but that was IMO the only decent 2 at the top of a tree. I must be alone in thinking that the 1993 one was a bit rubbish, over-the-top and not especially Christmassy.

Hmm... for some reason BBC2's ident reminds me of Tolkein, but it's very good. I like it.
