Heres that Hallmark ident for anyone that's never seen it.
The BBC really need to go back to a nicely animated ident.

Absolutely, the thing with live action is there's only going to be so much you can do; as I've mentioned before, I'd rather have a singular symbol instead of loads of people dancing or running about.

Just thought I'd mention that UTV have tonight also added this year's Christmas effects (the snow and lighting effect) on their ECPs and breakbumper:

On the ECP, the ray of light appears from behind the middle box and reveals itself slowly, getting bigger the further it comes out. It then slowly retracts (repeating itself if the ECP is on screen long enough)

The breakbumper is the same as usual but features falling snow over the UTV logo.

BBC Four has launched a proper Christmas ident for the first time ever tonight, and a frosty one it is as well!

OK I admit I was totally wrong about the BBC1 and I bow my head in shame.
But I know for sure that ITV1 will launch their ident of Christmas Eve- 100% sure. I presume the ident will have ice in the background with like a ice bast halo around the logo with no characters this year.
ITV2 Xmas is 23rd Dec- 90% sure
ITV3 is 23rd Dec- 90% sure
ITV4- ?
C4- ni Xmas ident this year- 60% sure

And, we should believe you this time, WHY, precisely?
Without putting too fine a point on it, your track record, so far, resembles the nutritional value of a decomposing goat.
