Except BBC ONE/TWO - they have their own dedicated threads (November 2005)

Thanks for the helpful reply.

That's OK, but you could hardly not have noticed ample references to '6:30' and 'Strictly Come Dancing' by then

How much does the BBC pay you annually? Very Happy

An indication in a previous posting that emphasised "A: Christmas ident rather than "The" christmas ident.....is it possible that BBC1 will be repeating last years AND 2003's or are there merely slight variations to the main ident that will launch either at 5.30 or 6.30? Clarification will put an end to all this speculation and confusion!!!

The last few years they've had 2 versions of the christmas ident - one for general use and a more serious version (although the diffrence is quite subtle). They've done the same this year

I should hope so. Let's just hope there isn't a major disaster between now and January.

The first year the diffrence was quite obvious - the serious one didn't start with the extreme close up of the childs face

Neither did last year's. And both of them were slower - paced.

I knew it wouldn't be. 5.30pm eight days before is far too early. Now 6.30pm with eight days to do..well that's just fine Laughing

Oh well, bring it on and let's see what we've got for the next few hundred junctions...
