Bring back the polar bears one, it was a peaceful and pretty looking advert. Every version of the Trucks ad they have shown have butchered it from the original to add fancy graphics or to chop the start or end off. Just leave it alone!

I remember that they cleverly used the trucks in the run up to Christmas and when the holidays had arrived the polar bears were used in advertising.

Yes I've always been of the impression that the trucks were used in the run up to Christmas and the polar bears were used between Christmas and New Year.

Currys PC World launched yesterday, which I'm literally watching right now, and Channel 4 has a festive sponsor.

Hey Google, play some Christmas music

I was expecting to see what happened to the truck.

Me too. How incredibly bizarre.

It's sad to see the music channels go but it's unsurprising because most of us use YouTube to watch music videos. It's just kind of nice to have someone else control what's played at times.

I can see why 4music has shifted to entertainment/reality now

Happens. One minute you're on a thread talking about Scuzz closing, then you go to another about Christmas ads and forget which thread you were on.

It's a bit odd for them to scrap the truck, I was expecting more of a story about the Coke truck towing Kevin back up, but knowing marketing, it's different people.

For all we know, there may be another story.

I'm going to presume Kevin's truck fell off the edge of the cliff, he knocked himself out in the process and the above video is his hallucinating before the Coca Cola truck finds him, his truck and his load splattered across the road in a messy Carmageddon style.

So according to the title and first two lines of the Campaign article:
Quote:
"Coke truck returns in revamped ad starring Zero Sugar variant"
We've had Aldi's spin on the Coca-Cola truck, but now the "real thing" is here in a new version of the long-running "Holidays are coming" campaign.

And that's all the article I get without paying.

This is the ad Coca-Cola are using in France, no trucks but a difference version of "Holidays are coming"

Fact for you, this was done by The Kingdom Choir, who did the royal wedding!
