Argos Christmas advert 2019 – The Book of Dreams

I hope Bill Bailey got some royalties for that one. He had a bit on the Argos "Laminated Book of Dreams" years (15 of them, good grief) ago.

And we're underway. Why can't Argos do a proper Christmas advert?

Oh, and why are the Very adverts always so lovely for such a cheap and **** website?

Asda tying in with ITV shows for the launch of their Xmas ad - the last ad in the break before Emmerdale on ITV was the end shot of the Emmerdale opening sequence with the Northern Lights at night with a CA saying "The Northern Lights over Emmerdale? What's all that about? Something must be coming..."

You obviously didn’t see the start of the break. Alex Beresford presented a teaser, it’s going to be an advert for Asda.

John Lewis always launch theirs on the Internet these days

Whoops, edited now. Thought it was John Lewis because of what they did last year with the theme tunes.

Very have released some amazing adverts over the past few years. It's a shame they haven't done a longer version like they did back in 2016/17. They were brilliant christmas ads, this years felt a bit rushed.

Asda advert on tonight at 8:45pm. A quick Twitter search shows an idea of what we're getting.

Currys PC World adding a Santa hat to their logo is reminiscent of Tesco adding cracker hats to theirs. I wonder if we'll see it on store fascias too?
(Hang on, should this be on Metropol?)

It delivered the magic of Christmas to me. One of their better adverts of the past few years. Lovely, festive and magical... it’s just a shame that it’s only 2nd November.

This looks like something BBC One would produce for their Christmas presentation
