I couldn't agree more there, their best was in 2001/2 (?), ISTR it had Zoe Ball mainly throughout the advert, though there were other celebrities.

Note that Morrisons are using the exact same Advert as last year.

Yes, I was thinking of that advert as well. It was really well done and definitely got me in the Christmas spirit. Overall, recently Marks and Spencers' campaigns have been great, but they've had great Christmas ads for a few years now.

I also noticed the Morrisons advert. It was on just a few minutes ago and I instantly knew that it had been on last year.

Indeed, the old thing about "Christmas gets earlier every year" is a myth. It's the same early every year, it's people talking about Christmas getting earlier every year that gets earlier every year!

It's always the same, small xmas range in Supermarkets starts in September, other shops start and bigger ranges in October followed by Christmas in full swing as soon as Halloween/Bonfire Night is over

It does seem to have got to November awful quick this year though. Maybe it's just me but life just seems to be going way too fast these days- all the build-up to Christmas enjoyment is diminishing Sad

Ive been saying as the months went on that this year has gone quick, but then when i analyse whats actually happend this year alone, it seems ages!
