So everyone, whats Christmas day like here on TVF? I dont think ive ever been on or around then.
Probably the busiest of the year to be honest
Oh right , does everyone come together and calm down. Over the past year, just by what people say in here, there does seem to be the odd scrooge around (i wont name them). Is it just me, or am i that hated around here?
QVC are decorated out, the xmas ads are flooding in - most Christmassy so far has to be Woolworths - although I prefer the celebrities shopping in a Winter Wonderland a few years back. Argos and Vodafone are doing well. Boots are a bit slow, anyway, enough of the ads..
Hard to believe its nearly Christmas - having Bonfire Night tomorrow makes you realise how mild the weather has been.
Over a week ago (in october) my nearest shopping centre has already erected their 15ft christmas tree and I found it very confusing because it clearly overlaps with halloween which isn't really celebrated that much.
I'm not going to be looking forward to ITV's christmas idents but I bet BBC2 has something new this year and if they don't I'd love to see last year's christmas ident.
Well, I'm pretty pi$$ed off at the fact Woolworths STILL haven't brought "Winter Wonderland" back. That was a tradition to broadcast that ad! Hopefully Coca Cola's advert will still be showing this year.

They used Winter Wonderland last year, with the stage production. I'm sure that the trucks will be a coming, hopefully not until December, they're not usually anyway.
One thing that I would like to see is (especially on Christmas Day), a few companies advertising just saying 'Merry Christmas', or have Christmas themes to the sales adverts, it's still Christmas, at least up until New Year, though technically the 12 days go to january 5th
