Littlewoods going slightly less shameless commercialism than usual.

The Sainsburys ad took the entire Middle break of Emmerdale tonight, and got one of those special idents before it.

C4 Sales were also promoting it earlier as airing at 7.10pm during C4 News. Guessing it probably roadblocked a few channels.

Food Network now has their Christmas idents on-air, its more a tweak of the normal idents. (budget reasons)

Looks like ITV are reusing the snowflake transition in promos from last year, if the Big Knit promo is correct.

Big Knit? They're not getting a jump start on the inevitable Great British Knit Off are they?

Would be nice to see ITV break away from the usual style for Christmas as they did in the last set before the 2013 revamp. The brand is strong enough now for them to do something completely different for a few weeks.
