And on a Christmas advert note, has anybody seen a Woolworths Christmas advert this year yet? I've seen Woolworths promos where they tag their branding onto an album or DVD, but I haven't seen a proper woolworths advert yet

Well thankyou for that, very interesting. Is it a bit too early to leave TV?
I can personally say that I've never seen an online advert for woolworths, it's a brave move to make, though surely Christmas is the one time where bringing out a big campaign leaves an inprint on your mind.
As for Coca Cola, it's a shame that they have brought back last years advert, as has been said, it isn't a bad idea, though the music is awful.
What are they doing in the US this year for the coca cola Christmas?
Why is it that Coca Cola GB don't seem to try anything on their own, they only seem to follow what they're given?

They've got two new adverts called "At The Table" And "Around The Table". They're also showing an old Polar Bear one. There's more information here.
Is there any reason that we don't get these adverts, I presume that the adverts through the year, such as this years vending machine advert originally came from the US, so why don't we get them.
It would have fitted into the press statement as it made it word debut in America on Friday, and we were to expect something new on Saturday, or the same as last year.
Saying that the idea of simply families and food doesn't seem that Christmassy, yes it's what we all (well most do), but is it really Christmas, no Santa on the back of a truck or marching down the street.
Obviously until I see it, I couldn't really comment, it may be gorgeous.
