You forget he used to be a sensible (well as sensible as Children's presenters can be) continuity presenter don't you!
The speed and number of CBBC presenters changes thesedays, Angelica could be classed as old school, in that she was around in the yellow and black blobs era!

I remember when Richard left CBBC. Was a shame to see him go, I thought he was a great presenter - then he came back with a whole new attitude!
Considering him (and Dom) are nearly 30 now.

Few bits and bobs here -
I do recall Dick and Dom doing the birthdays on 2, introducing Playbus, Fireman Sam etc, Dick eventually got his own magic show IIRC
Kirsten either before or during her reign on Smart did an art show with Tony Hart
Ant & Dec had a show on CBBC around about the 1993/4 mark
Anyone remember when they had a new presenter in, past the broom cupboard era, they had a load of potential presenters lined up, but they kept making you guess who it was till the end of CBBC that day. Can't remember who it was now!

It was Dom who had his own magic show, not Dick.
I remember Ant & Dec's CBBC show, funnily enough called the Ant & Dec Show, in the days when Ant McPartlin wore hats all the time, I also remember it got criticism for its humour saying it wasn't too suitable for a CBBC audience, and a part of the show had a game called "Ring My Bell" or something like that, using the Anita Ward track.

It also came under critcisim by the BBC and Points Of View because some girl got her hair shaved off, because she lost some quiz on their show. IIRC the show got axed shortly after that and then they took it to Channel 4, where it only lasted a series.

Yes, the game was called 'Beat the Barber'. From memory if they lost boys had their hair shaved off, but with girls they just had it cut short.
