Sad news, defiantly won't be the same...
Though I can only imagine a W1A episode featuring a crisis meeting such as this...
Luckily Chris Evans is occupied presenting TFI Friday so no need to worry about him appearing, although refering to an earlier point I do not think Huw Edwards would be good presenting Children In Need whatsoever.

It's generally the done thing for Channel 4 to run a reduced line up on charity nights presumably as their donation.
Probably rejig the line up of existing hosts
Maybe Tess and Fearne before the news, Rochelle and Nick afterwards.
Huw Edwards is a ridiculous suggestion. The show can be dour enough as it is without Huw treating it like the state opening of parliament. Why not get David Dimbleby to do it?

Many names can be put into the hat for this: Dermot, comic relief's Lenny Henry maybe even!?! Could have Grimmy do before the news and have Rochelle with hubby Marvin after that. Shane Richie?
Might not be a man? Bring in Claudia to do it with Tess? Gaby Roslin? Gabby Logan?
The result could possible be anyone.

Well this is incredibly disappointing - albeit inevitable. Hope Wogan gets well soon.
The BBC really dont have any stand-out replacements. If they had just replaced Bruce Forsyth with somebody of higher caliber than Claudia Squintleman, when he left Strictly, then maybe that individual could have been brought in. Unfortunately we're left with the utterly dreadful Cotton & Grimshaw, and Over-to-you-Tess who is the most irritating presenter in the history of television.
Only ever seen Rochelle Humes on This Morning and as that doesnt really compare to light entertainment i have no idea what she will be like. She could be quite good - i guess we'll find out.
I'm hoping they bring in Norton, but not holding my breath. (I'd settle for Tony Beke he's quite amusing)

Evans, Ross, Norton or Grimshaw, I'd guess. Or Michael McIntyre?
I suppose someone like Alex Jones or Rob Brydon could also do it.

No. A mate of mine described a Culshaw impression as 'Culshaw doing a impression of that person, doing an impression of John Culshaw'
Get Jon Culshaw, and no one will know.
