Time now for the Strictly Come Dancing Children In Need Special. Interestingly Brucie is back, with his familiar "Nice to see you" catchphrase. The dancers in this special should be a laugh. I notice it's two teams of four: Team Glitter and Team Sparkle.
Why did the North West content come from Blackpool with all the money invested at Media City UK?
I love watching CIN but detest the BBC.
Because Strictly is in Blackpool this weekend, so making use of BBC resources ? And doing something from somewhere other than Salford for a change. So why not ?

Maybe because there are live programmes are broadcast from Salford the rest of the year and doing it from a studio is not as interesting as from an OB?
Now for the part where children's choirs around the UK sing a song together. That's always one of the best bits, this year the song is "I'll Stand By You". It's amazing how they get them all to sing together in perfect sync around the country.
