Natasha's talkback earpiece was on incredibly loud just then wasn't it? I could hear the countdown into the VT piece!

The Hull opt-out just included footage of people throwing wet sponges at Peter Levy in some stocks.
I'm sure there's plenty of forummers who'd like to join that queue...

It's the crowd. Who do they use as a warm up man? Not the same one they use on Saturday Night Takeaway obviously!

Having seen Bremner, I'd rather take singers.
Agreed. There's surely better presenting talent out there than Kaplinsky; and certainly presenters other than Cotton who appears to be on every bleedin' programme going.

I'm really disappointed with this year's event... It's just..odd!
Singer after singer after singer... what happened to the 'variety' acts?? Comedians, impressionists etc?

Fearne and Kaplinskunk are really irritating. Its certainly the annual Fearne Cotton season.
Rory Bremner - okay he's no Culshaw these days but it made a change from the music. This is rapidly turning into a charity version of Top of the Pops or something. Perhaps the Beeb are trying to take heed from events like Live8.
I remember a few years back they did a regional sing-along with opt outs to each region singing each line etc.
Bit random but does anyone still have their £1 scratch n sniff book from about 10 years ago?
