BBC Radio Devon, Cornwall, Jersey and Guernsey who would normally have John Govier on at this time have joined up with BBC Local Radio in the South tonight for a one of special "behind the scenes at TV Centre" programme with Paul Miller from 10pm-1am.
Any other BBC local stations doing anything similar, or is it just the usual late evening output?

He did last year as well and the year before that. Alan always appears from the audience about 3 minutes in.

Spice Girls was live or close-to-live from the CBS studios where the BBC make Dancing with the Stars for ABC. (Confused?!)
Strictly is coming from TC4 I think this time (so won't be in HD?) as Goldenballs is in TC8 (the other HD studio other than TC1)
It is amazing how they've managed to make the UKs second largest TV studio look so small...

I thought it was third behind The London Studios - studio 1, which is second behind The Fountain Studios.
They had a wide shot from a camera above and behind the stage, which shownt how big the stage is, I think that could be the problem.
