Chav My Motor

For anyone who's seen the promotion for this on the MTV Channels and are hoping to watch it on VH1 at midday- I have one thing to say. Look at the calendar!

That's a shame, as I can imagine that making quite an entertaining programme.

I saw the promo last night and was rather amused at how true it was. They also altered the VH1 logo, so the right square had a Burberry design in it!

Before the show was meant to be on, we got a spoof test card (burberry coloured, a chav nstead of Carole Hersee, and the word "fool" on the blackboard) with an announement that the show was cancelled becuae of an "ongoing police investiagation" and will now be shows from Arpil 1st next year. I can imagine a lot of people got took in. It was heavily trailed and the concept of the show is hardly unbelievable. Still a very good prank. The whole morning was also "national chav day", something else I imagine was an April Fools Joke, as TMF did similar (Ginger Day) in 2003
