It didn't get a very good review here on Media Guardianhttp://blogs.guardian.co.uk/organgrinder/2006/09/charlotte_church_wasted.html

It's the responses that are more interesting!
Pretty much agree with the concencus - Charlotte is actually quite good but the show needs work, so it should improve over the series.
As for the Wales thing - well obviously it don't bother me too much, but less is probably more. The "Wales vs the World" thing is probably enough to keep the link - and far superior to yet another X Factor plug.
Honestly I've seen Sharon Osbourne's show for about 10 minutes on three seperate days - and each time it was predominantly all about the X Factor!
Back to Charlotte and I don't think ratings will be hit much by the return of Jonathan Ross considering they only over lap for 15 minutes - and Charlotte has very little competition in the 10pm slot.

They had Parkinson on This Morning this morning and he was quite complementary about Charlotte Church's show actually.
He was first to point out it's not a chat show, but as an entertainment format it has potential and if the producers worked with Charlotte to improve the format, it shows alot of promise. He echoed the comments made alot about her over swearing and over playing the Welsh card.
He was also asked about Sharron Osbourne - and was a bit more diplomatic. He didn't slate it, but he didn't give it the praise he did Charlotte and said it was obvious she was nervous and that she needed to let more of her personality through!

Well personally I stick by what I said before. If you don't like Charl then u aren't gonna like this show! I thought it was quite good and I think the sense of humour she has is of a typical valley's class so I thought the show was pretty good. Yes he did swear more than neccessary but I think the format of the show could be expanded and improved to constantly give it a new edge.
