I think the advertising one can count as a normal episode, like how somebody said the news one: it was standard length, it had Charlie being his usual self... and if we're counting advertising as a special, consider The Unloser last year too.

And tonight's (technically last night's now, I suppose) was this year's version of The Unloser, focusing on "quest documentaries" rather than Apprentice-style shows.

One has to wonder exactly how they roped Konnie Huq into it, from her opening line onwards Smile

Quite - especially as panto season is probably her busiest of the year.

She did it with very good humour though, so fair play to her.

I know, it's brilliant. So many coincidences in that as well.

Screenwipe was great last night. The sad thing is, there really could almost be a documentary based around that topic! Laughing

Dawn Porter is typical of one of these journalists who go on a mission to achieve absolutely nothing - I'm glad he picked up on that.

Yes it was brilliant.

'I'm Konnie Huq. I'm 33 years old, but look about 9'

That is the line of the series!! Very Happy

This programme gets better and better and yet the things it points out as being the utter dregs of TV are still ever present on our screens. tut tut

Another great episode this week.

I went from almost wetting myself laughing at the unbelievable clips from that US public access kids' religious series, to being frankly moved by Brooker's sincere and beautiful tribute to Oliver Postgate.

A shame it's the last one next week.

An excellent show this week and a fantastic tribute to Oliver Postgate.

Completely agree - best show of the series IMO - and I only wish I'd paid more attention to earlier series.

Well if you want to see earlier series they're all here on You Tube.

I see he got rid of the AM180 theme music in favour of something more jumpy at the beginning.

A brilliant show, a nice tribute by him as well seeming as he normally gets a talking head to do them.

Who's for Johnny Ballgames? Wink
