Channels with Christmas Presentation

Considering the "i" looks like it's fading out in that image, I suspect it's real.

Yes, it does look a bit similar in style.

Looking at the file name (teaserident.jpg) and considering the source, I would say it is an ident.

Don't think its real, one the music doesn't follow the same theme as any of the other idents, also there isn't anything happening in the ident, also the ident is only 20 seconds long when all others are 30 seconds, and the logo disappears (I know the logo disappeared in the original set so not best argument), also the camera pans back on itself which I doubt ITV would do.

Regardless. I'd say it has zero to do with Christmas presentation.

I completely agree there. Just watched/listened again on youtube and I can see why you thought of that one, the music is quite christmassy but in a more sombre way

It was Christmassy. But it did make me dizzy. I was hoping that something would happen to the logo; be it sparkly or for cgi fairies to fly the pieces in.
