That's very odd. I think the 'Pride' music is a mistake as the new theme *should* be on all of the idents.

Probably haven't got around to re-recording all the combinations of newsreaders yet.

Yeah that's most probably the case. Still, nice to hear the Pride music for a last few times. It really is the tune that won't die!

Scratch that. I recorded last night's ident into Channel Report, but as it was the cow again, I didn't take much note of it. However, it's interesting on two accounts:

1) The announcement is made over the new music and is for the same presenting duo named in the Écréhous ident.

2) The ident was tweaked between its showing at 9.25am and the one at 6pm - the Channel Television strap has moved.

Maybe they heeded your call for attention to detail, Jonny!
