Am I the only one who finds that brilliant?
Much better than the main ITV1 ones.

When starting from what is essentially nothing, even the dull can seem like a step up.

Wish you'd figure out how to switch off the auto-spell on that fancy iThing of yours; you're making yourself look quite the ident.

yuk yuk yuk.

You can view three new idents on Channel TV's Facebook page if you have access. You don't need to 'like' the page in order to view.

Cow, Dog on Beach, Coastal Scene

It's good that they've gone to the effort - but spotting them is hard! Guaranteed at 9.25am and before the 6pm news during the week, but when else?

It's YTV/Tyne Tees circa 2000 all over again. Razz

Just a bit miffed - happy to see the cow this morning, waited all day and only saw ITV1 idents, then at 6pm unhappy to see the cow again!

Still, comes with being a geek. It's like my trainspotting youth all over again... Wink

According to Channel spokesperson on the FB group, local idents are/will be played at 09.25, 13.55, 18.00, 22.00, and 00.30 - and occasionally into the early hours (presumably because they opt-out of the ITV gambling show after midnight).

EDITED to correct the times above; Channel's error!

Do they still use production slates? Do they actually have any local programmes anymore?
