That's quite a cool ident. Good visuals, snappy theme. A shame it's basically an advert. I'm not sure I like this new concept. Things are too commercialised as they are.

It's just taking sponsorship to the next level. After all, there was a time when there were no sponsorship stings, or bumpers or sponsored promos .....and now they are the norm.
Interesting development I think...and if it's tastefully done - why not? I think Five did well with it ....

Doesn't this happen in America, or is it just EVERY programme is sponsored by someone and not the channel...

I don't really see the issue. What is 'too commercialised'? It's not really something you can measure, and it's not something I'd want to arbitrarily limit. If it's going to become the norm, I'd be very suprised if that amount of synergy is maintained.

What I mean is, advertising is everywhere already. The world revolves around money. I don't like it. I want British tv to stay as far away from the American tv model as possible, but this feels like a step towards it. I'd respond to the rest of what you said, but I don't really understand it.
