Well, I like the old 1993-1999 BBC News idents and music, but I then went to Breakfast and BBC World. Now though, my fav for music is definately the new corporate The World Today. Its fantastic! We'll all be hearing it on Monday I'm sure!!

I completely agree about Sky Premier, they still make the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. Tip top stuff.

OK then, you're sad. Very Happy

Right at the beginning is the best bit, just after it says what's coming up. You know, when the women make a whining noise, probably complaining about the time of the month or something. Sweeeeeeet.

Yeah, I like that bit too Smile
I also like the bit where the music gets really loud and 'boom-boomy' if ya know what i mean Razz: where the film type countdown starts ' 5..4..3..2..1..' and then bursts into 'sky premier' Very Happy

The new TWT music is quite good (wouldn't quite go as far as fantastic). The opening is called the 'TWT Twinkle' - just don't ask 'cos I don't know. No 'boom booms' between the headlines. After the business headline it's the titles with reworked music. More funky than the original.

IMO the best new music is the sports sting. But that and the rest of the new music won't be used until next year on World.

Oh, and the BBC Prime idents.... better than the old pearl I guess. Just. Though the current fireworks are brilliant for doing a slow mix into the opening titles of Dr. Who (Peter Davidson ones). Then on the end when the screen goes pure white, a fast mix into the 'next' pointer looks cool too.
