Channel 5

Apparently according to the independent and marketing week both quoted on another forum channel 5 unveil their new look for the entire network on Thursday 11th February- this Thursday - the ident still picture shows 5 rainbows about a rugged landscape - a82 closure story reported a few weeks ago with other animations and scenes and a 5 piece logo and apparently also a new way of doing things whatever that means and no hint of a launch time either but the logo shown seems right so we ll wait and see

There is already a thread on this. Some punctuation is used though.

Indeed ongoing Channel 5 general discussion is best placed there for now.

Has a number of 5 USA idents been taking out of action already? I was double checking stuff and it turns out there are 10 idents in total for the channel. It seems only two idents are now appearing at most junctions. While the Break bumpers seem to only to one now on a moterbike at the beach.

Doesn't really matter now...
