4Play is a regular strand on 4 Music.
A few days ago I was reading some article about C4 (can't recall what it was) and it was mentioned pretty much as an after thought that they were considering launching an E4 Music channel.
Personally I'd go for putting it under the T4 brand - that way it would be a bit more flexible and though could be predominantly music, they could slot a few T4 programmes in too and perhaps during Big Brother use the channel for live streaming outside of E4's hours.
