Channel 4 Cricket Coverage

The coverage has always been consistent in its excellency - the only thing i don't like now is the fact that play has to finish by an alotted time - but obviously this is out of C4's hands.

I would have loved to have seen the Australia v England Twenty20 game on C4. Think it could have been a massive ratings puller for them.

Does anyone know what channel the one-day internationals between ENG and AUS will be on? (Not the ENG-AUS-Bangladesh tri-series, I know that is on Sky with highlights on C4).

Yep it would be nice to see one day internationals and 20/20 cricket on terrestrial TV, because it's the more entertaining form of cricket which would gets youngsters interested, at the moment it's only test cricket which is on terrestrial tv which for the purists it's excellent, but of course may not appeal to youngsters to take an interest in cricket.

Anyone seen the new C4 promo for the Ashes? Very very strange. It features a zombie W.G. Grace who rises from the dead with a cricket bat and tries to reclaim the Ashes.

If you are referring to the Natwest Challenge matches then I believe that they are on Sky but that there are no highlights on Channel 4.

I don't think W.G Grace would have bellowed "BRING IT ON!" at the Australians in his day.

Sorry to say it, but that's sad, really the highlights should be on terrestrial tv, I think this is a shame that they are none whatsoever.

Channel 4 does have highlights of the Natwest Challenge matches. Eng v Aus highlights are on a 01:05 Sunday Night/Monday Morning in a 30 minute slot.

1.05 in the morning, that's just poor and 30 minutes, man are Channel 4 fooked or something, they shouldn't have bothered!

Shame that there are no highlights of Australia v Bangladesh today - that would have been great to watch.
