Hi
This isn't a joke. I'm watching channel 4+1 and I'm sure kathy burke is on duty. Is it just me or is she saying "biscuit" all the time

So is this just for December? Well done CH4!

They ran an 'Alternative voices' campaign in 2013 with a range of different people. The individuals had different issues such as a stammer to tourettes. I think at the end of it, they chose to keep some of the announcers. http://www.channel4.com/info/press/news/channel-4s-alternative-voices

How an Earth is she brave?
If you had a verbal tick or speech impediment that people may be taken aback by (as proven by threads on here and on DS) would you to a continuity announcement to millions of people on television?
Of course she's brave. Don't be stupid.

Far from it IMO. Does that make everyone with a disability who is on TV, brave? No.
Don't be rude.
