How did they do it? (August 2011)

Hello All,
Just looked at a site called Tig (the ident gallery) and just found the channel 4 blackpool ident.

How do you think they made that? Not the '4' but the camera movement. It can't be a jib because we would see it in the ident and the camera misses a building by near inches.
