I am having problems viewing the file - any suggestions?

Have you downloaded VLC Media Player?

Have you downloaded the Xvid codec for WMP?

Google for K-Lite Codec Pack it has all the codecs you could possibly need, including the XViD codec for this videoclip,
plus a few others you probably never knew existed ... and also includes QuickTime Alternative, Real Alternative, and of
course, Media Player Classic, which has the look of Windows Media Player 6.4, but is a lot more versatile.

Much better than having different media players for viewing different types of videoclips that all need different codecs.

EDIT: Added Google search link and corrected a typo.

Or use Prism Video Converter

It converts... video.

I didn't want to start another thread, but i just have a quick question. Does Channel 4 fall under the Private or Public Sector? I'm doing my Business Studies work, and for the public sector, most people will pick the NHS. Now i know the BBC falls in the public sector, but as Channel 4 takes in revenue through commercials - where does it fall in the terms of the sectors?

It is Public-Service.

Its out to provide a service to the public, but if it makes a profit then it falls in the private sector, thats where im lost.

A private sector business makes money for its owners/shareholders and is independent of state interferance.

Channel 4 is a public sector body: http://www.channel4.com/about4/overview.html

The channel 4 chairman and board are appointed by Ofcom (who are appointred by the labour government) The EU classify C4 as a state broadcaster, and have raised concerns about how much digital spectrum is alocated to state controlled bodys (BBC, C4)

I'm back - and looking forward to it, though agree it should be C4 at the centre of it's own birthday celebrations.

They should do something with Film4 too considering C4 has been making films since it's early days.

There is another promo running at the moment, which has a clearer version of Four Score playing at the beginning.

Anyway for those who want to know, next Monday on More4 looks quite good, although 2nd November 1982 comes to mind... Laughing
