Couldn't help but notice on the airplanes ident from Monday before The Simpsons there was a #c4haiku caption on the bottom of the screen, can't say I've seen that before.

It was to accompany a haiku from the CA... can't say it was relevant to The Simpsons, so I have no idea what it's for.
Seems to be a successor to that "Today I'm dressed as..." thing the CAs used to do before Simpsons episodes. Stupid, to be honest. Why can't they just say a simple "Now on 4, The Simpsons"?

Trying to break the daily mundanity and engage through quirkiness, hoping to provoke 'wtf?' social media intrigue, seems to be the idea.
Not necessarily saying it's hilarious but it's different from your generic alternative and shows care... I suppose... although it is very forced.
They should just say "Before we catch up with the Hollyoaks crew, it's time to join Homer and his friends as we head on over to Springfield" but it should be a recorded announcement, the same recorded announcement every day. Hopefully they will do this after the Haiku period ends. I might tweet Gok Wan and suggest it to him.

Because that's the joke. Surely the humorous device of incongruity doesn't actually go over your head? I know you're 84 years old, but I have to say your comment does strike me as a bit silly.
Does anyone know what's happened to the Crash for Cash programme? I wanted to watch it but looks like it's been replaced.
Even the website for the programme isn't working...

Edit: Found out that they'd postponed it to a later date.
Back to presentation and More4 are showing a "Property season" which is essentially the same things they always show just under the "Property season" tagline. Anyway, a nice ad doing the rounds at the moment with the More4 logo created out of a house if anyone can cap it.
