During Lauren Laverne's piece to camera about half way through tonights 10 O'Clock Live there were two blokes in the audience kissing. TWO BLOKES!!!! KISSING!!!!! I couldn't believe it.

It's the craze that's sweeping the nation.

To me it looked more like one bloke whispering to his mate, who then spotted how it looked on one of the studio monitors and decided to lean over to reproduce it for even more comic effect.

Omg, DIS GUSS TING. I hope you've written a sternly worded letter to Ofcom, and that this pornographic programme is removed off the airwaves as soon as possible.

Channel 4 shifted some programmes forward half an hour on Sunday to show an extended Channel 4 news, but the updated schedule didn't reach the EPG.

Wouldn't normally programmes be delayed rather than brought forward?

Perhaps they should have cancelled Time Team altogether to be shown another time, and put in a half hour filler.

It was, but this meant Deal or No Deal and Time Team went out 30 minutes early, meaning anyone tuning in or recording either would have missed half.

Perhaps Channel 4 think this isn't important now that they have a +1 channel.

I agree! I got myself all comfy in bed last night for my regular Sunday night viewing of Time Team: to discover that I'd only got the second half. Confused

I didn't think C4 were normally this sloppy about changing the EPG when they tinker with their schedule.

I emailed them about this - I'd just got back from a week in America, where I'd learnt very little about what was actually happening in Japan from US news programmes, and as looking forward to a proper news bulletin...

Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding CHANNEL 4 NEWS.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy the programme was on earlier than advertised.

Unfortunately, there was not enough time to change the website or the EPG listings but announcements were made throughout the day.

Nevertheless; please be assured your comments have been logged and noted for the information of those responsible for our programming.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact us. We appreciate all feedback from our viewers.

Perhaps the person who does EPG updates for Channel 4 doesn't work weekends? I'd have thought there'd have been someone in the Broadcast Centre who'd have been able to do it, but perhaps there's a Chinese wall between the C4 people and the BBC people who do this kind of thing all the time.

They did at least put most of the Japan stuff in the second half of the programme, which was presumably for the benefit of people tuning in and expecting it to start at 6.30pm.

I suspect if it was anything other than Come Dine with Me after at 7pm they'd do the sensible thing and extemd the bulletin to 7.30pm, and then put in a half-hour filler (they've got some First Cut documentaries which have been pulled on Fridays to allow extended news).

A blast from just then. At the end of the big c, the ECP appeared to promote Friday Night Dinner, with the caption appearing to say Friday Night Live. A mistake, or someone's wishful thinking?

Fern Britton replaces the 5pm slot with her new show 'Fern' tomorrow, has there been any advertising for this? I've not seen a promo on Channel 4, which is interesting. I know shes been interviewed about it in various magazines and on The One Show but it doesn't seem to have been drummed up as much as Paul O' Grady was.

Yeah, there's been a promo running all week with Fern talking about how she likes throwing in "shock" questions during interviews to make people think, "Did she really just ask me that?"
