There's a bit further down about E4 having projects postponed or cancelled. I know of one new big E4 reality show made in my building that's been completely scrapped. I actually think that's pretty much it for new shows on E4 now. None of their new shows have rated at all over the last few years. New sitcom Maxxx got a measly 50k on Thursday. It's just not a channel people want to watch any more. I can see it having new Made in Chelsea, perhaps Celebs Go Dating and then the rest of the schedule will just be repeats and cheaper acquisitions.

And I'm pretty sure More4's recentish originals strategy will be down the toilet too.

E4 have already pulled Maxxx after one episode it seems. The complete series was on All 4 but that's also been pulled

Wow. I suppose now that they know they'll have barely any new content for the rest of the year they might try and give it a proper push in the winter rather than wasting unwatched new shows now. I don't think I saw a single ad for it.

Is Maxxx an original or an import?

IMDB says it started in 2017, suggesting an import.

IMDb also has a separate entry for it with a date of 2020. Something's messed up there. If it had been going for three years I'd have thought it would have a Wikipedia entry.

Comedy.co.uk suggests it started on Comedy Blaps, which I think is a short form C4 platform, so I guess it started there in 2017 then got picked up for TV.

It seems that each week they’re experimenting more and more. This weeks is an improvement with the cameras for all, especially the cookery segments. There seems to be more of a delay though when talking to each other and the guests.

Seems they've brought back the clock before Channel 4 News.

It never fully went away - still crops up from time to time.
