Sorry to bump but Channel 4 is to air the animated series Duncanville starting on Friday the 27th of March, apparently it will premiere with a double bill. It is produced by Universal Television, Fox Entertaiment and 20th Century Fox Television and is broadcast in the USA on FOX. It will be the first country outside of North America to air said show. It will be nice to see another adult animated show on 4 since they moved the 4th series of Rick & Morty to air on E4 instead of the main channel.

EDIT: It seems it will broadcast at 10:35pm following the new series of Friday Night Dinner.

Pretty interesting that Channel 4 are now essentially acquiring another Fox animated program. Had Channel 4 been with the ball nearly 15 years ago they probably would've acquired American Dad and Family Guy instead of BBC, since C4 could've been considered the British equivalent to Fox, back before FX was even a thing.

Equally they could have taken it when bbc3 dropped, rather than it going to itv2....

This makes me wonder if C4 will get Bless The Harts and the upcoming series The Great North.

15 years ago they picked up the proven ratings hit The Simpsons.

Incidentally, I keep seeing trailers for Seinfeld on All4. It's not a programme I immediately associate with Channel 4 - was it ever shown there? (I mostly remember it being on BBC Two and Sky One)

Basically, All4 have picked up the streaming rights for Seinfeld for the rest of the year before its due to transfer to Netflix on a worldwide basis in 2021. Channel 4 have never shown Seinfeld previously. In the UK it’s been on BBC Two, Sky One, Paramount Comedy, Virgin1, Sky Atlantic and most recently on Prime Video.

Annoyingly not on Sky's trimmed down All 4 catalogue.

But the BBC acquired Family Guy from C4. Of course they could have chose to not give up FG and get AD.
