Channel 4

I enjoyed the first part of David Jason's Secret Service which just aired tonight on More4. I would have thought it more suited to Channel 4 proper - are they trying to turn More4 into more of a factual channel?

Just seen sprouts rolling around amongst the blocks on a trailer. Not totally festive, but seasonal!

Yes, they've definitely upped their ante with More4 commissions in the last year or so. I'd say they haven't had this many original shows since the channel launched. IMO the shows are probably a bit more mainstream and certainly a lot older skewing that what you'd typically get on C4 (aside from their Sunday 8pm slot).

How long have Channel 4 been showing Made for TV films for at lunchtime? Makes a change from multiple episodes of Come Dine With Me between the News and Countdown.

Think it's just in the run up till Christmas.

It's been a few weeks I think. Mind you I Remeber when this was the norm and you would get black and white gems at 1pm /1.30 before countdown at 3.30. Channel5 is the king of awful movies for tv films.
