They have had Clare Balding mention it on air, that it's "fine on HD". No good of course if you can't see her saying it in the first place, or can't get the HD version anyway.

I can get HD Freeview and Sky on my main TV but the one in my bedroom just has SD Freeview so can't watch in bed. Might as well go to sleep!
Can't switch to either Channel 4 SD or HD on YouView currently. The current Paralympic Programme isn't active in the tables of the EPG. It's Greyed out.
Can you explain how it was only those few C4 channels that went blank and not the whole mux? Assume it was nothing to do with anything at Horseferry Road otherwise other transmitters would have been affected too.

I'm not sure Horseferry Road is involved at all, Channel 4's playout is at Red Bee (now Ericsson) in W12
Remember that they'll be supplying a different version of C4 for London, and the London version of the Mux doesn't go anywhere else.
Without knowing how that mux is put together, it could be any number of things. Seeing as the services seemed to totally disappear off the Mux it suggest it's not a playout issue. Maybe a failure of some encoders or a configuration issue, maybe those services share a circuit and that failed?
