How quickly could a hashtag be typed in during the show for a last minute change? Feasible?

Presumably it wouldn't be that hard, but half the time it arrives on screen virtually as he's saying it. And of course he's forever clutching his script. I do like him but his continued attempts to pretend to be ad-libbing make Mock The Week look spontaneous.

Is Benefits' Britain: The Live Debate coming from Noel Edmonds' The Dream Factory? It looks a little like it.

It seems to be a bit better than the Ch5 version.

Richard Bacon was sadly out of his depth on the debate. If only Jon Snow or Krishnan Guru-Murthy were used instead.

However as this was part of basically a poverty porn programme designed to stir the masses into Tory reforms of the benefits system, the debate was never going to really address the issues in a coherent manner as we saw tonight.

In all honesty, the C5 Benefits Debate as car crash as it came over a fortnight ago at least got over both points.

Have Channel 4 aired that remake of the Housing Estate ident yet? They've promised to show it at least a couple of times.

They've just shown it now before Gogglebox - not in full, just a cut of it, about the length of the normal ident, with a reference to the fact the residents made it themselves.

I've just noticed that the C4HD dog now appears on the right hand side of the screen.

Hangover from the Paralympics .... would have interfered with some of the OBS (and the C4 overlay) graphics.
