I can't quite grasp why...


It uses some of the animation from the ident near the start of the episode, if you had not seen the Channel 4 ident before you would not know that it was animation produced 8 years ago.
In the ident, Homer Simpson sends the beer flying up in to the cables and then climbs a tree to try to get to it. In the episode
Homer's son Bart, a mischievous boy aged around ten, throws the beer in to the cables while Homer is inside the house. Homer sees this and climbs the tree outside to try to get the beer back. This leads to him receiving several electric shocks. Time passes, it becomes dark and Homer is still trying to get the beer down from the cables. We see the scene from above, each time Homer is shocked various lights in the surrounding neighbourhood start to flicker.
In the ident, this forms the Channel 4 logo but in the episode
it doesn't. Although you can still see the Channel 4 logo if you know where to look. Viewers unfamiliar with the ident will probably not notice the logo.

Just seen the opening animation on the episode itself...

You can barely spot the 4 logo as it doesn't form up at all unlike the ident. You can see the outlines of it if you look extremely closely but it is barely noticeable.

You're not alone. It has always behaved like this, whenever I edit my posts on TVF.

Yep I got an email from them saying their automatic detection system has picked up copyrighted content to Fox. In other words, now its on an episode YouTube thinks I put up the episode. Very annoying.

You can dispute it. I have done that in the past when Channel 4 picked up a number of "my" videos in error.
