I'm sure Sky will be happy with that.

It's part of the couch gag, that's why, Larry.

And Sky had their turn, gottago, remember the live action OP? It was originally a Sky advert for the show.

I wonder if it's the lead up, minus the aerial view with the 4 logo.

^Superbowl 48, they do have a reason to keep the 4, if they pair it with original footage forming an 8.

I suspect it might just be the beer part. And after all it's The Simpsons' own footage - it's not as if C4 made the ident themselves.

Actually, Gracie Films made it for 4Creative. The footage has nothing to do with Fox.

Looks as if 'Benefits Street' might need to be pulled, seems the Police have charged several residents with drugs offences this morning.

You are confusing Benefits Street[the programme] with Benefits Street[the street], which is actually called James Turner Street in real life. Confusing! The people mentioned in that article are from Benefits Street[the street], not necessarily stars of Benefits Street[the programme]. I expect the article would mention it if they were. Worse case they will change the episode or someone will be shown with a blurry face.

Well it would have been made in association with Fox at the very least.

I see Channel 4 are jumping on the bandwagon with their own version of Splash called "The Jump"

It's more jumping on the Winter Games bandwagon than the Splash one. The Jump will be more like previous Channel 4 series The Games as it will feature a variety of winter sports.

Makes sense for Channel 4 to be doing this as a Paralympic broadcaster.
