Agreed. The Yellow and Black/First Bugs era was best for set and presentation.

I agree TC9 is most likley going to be used for their teen brand but why make cbbc do poor they ditched the curtains in the final link I just can't believe what I'm seeing

Think you answered your own question there. If they can't do something simple like a next caption properly yet, they've no chance with anything 'more imaginative' at this stage. They don't want to run before they can walk
