When LNN move to ITN, will the weather then come from ITN, or stay at the London Studios. It would be nice if they could have weather as part of news bulletins, if they keep the screen, perhaps have the weather person at the screen.
I'd imagine the ITV/ITN bosses might be quite keen to avoid looking too much like BBC News.
Your other idea could be quite good, although I imagine it would be more difficult for the weather presenters to end up in the right place. Imagine walking to your next region and having to keep half an eye on a monitor, all while saying 'And in the Midlands, it will rain for 40 days and 40 nights.'
And I think you were a little harsh on Benjamin. You could do worse than taking a bit of your own advice and have a think about improving the quality of

what is going on at www.itv.com/news. The tonight part of the site went a couple of days ago and tonight the itv news channel section has gone. no pictures are coming up on the itv news presenters and reporters but the itv news programmes has been updated. I wonder if they are updating the site and that is why some of the site is missing.
ps
is it my computer or is the site not working properly with the pictures.
I am confused, People keep saying all different things about the revamp so can someone help by clearing a few things up for me by answering these questions:
1. Will the Regional News keep their same tune?
2. Will the Regional News have the words "itv news" in but just add their Regional name?
3. Will the Regional News have the same background as every other Regional studio or will it have regional pictures behind it?
finally...
4. What time will the ITV National news start, 6 or 6:30?
The only safe course of action, Love, is to wait till February 2nd and watch and see.
Those who know solid facts and have never been known to state other than solid facts on this forum are currently being told by people who've never set foot in an ITV building that they are talking an anagram of "carp", so I've simply dipped out and am letting the specualtors have reign and cause confusion.
I shall simply wait till 2nd February and then come back with some choice "told you so" quotes!
A revamp similar in style to BBC Sport would work well for ITV News. All programmes keep their same themes and titles, but have generic logos incoporating the ITV News logo.
Hmm... itv.com/news is such a mess - it's inconsistant, tacky and generally very poor. In fact, all of itv.com is a mess!
What don't they let me redesign it? I could do a damn better job than @www...
