I think you could (A) do with some basic typing lessons (B) proof read your posts before you submit them and (C) learn about punctuation.
Do you mean that the BBC have launched centre-breaks ? I personally haven't noticed that.
And I think Graham Norton is fine on BBC-1 - Strictly Dance Fever wasn't as good as Strictly Come Dancing, but wasn't bad at all.

It's those dreadful sponsor's break bumbers for TV Licences that make me sick, personally.

What do you mean by centre breaks 'in EastEnders' I've not seen any. I usually catch the Omnibus, so maybe that's why I've not seen it.

I'd forgotten that! Didn't BBC Choice trial for a week or so putting centre breaks in most programmes? ISTR it was a complete disaster... Choice/Three does seem to have a habit of trying to see just how annoyed it can make it's viewers - as with the current DOG debate. They were also responsible for the first "In Programme Pointers" or DOG Trails, End Credit Squeezes and so on.
BBC Three does still interrupt longer programmes and feature films for 60 Seconds News Updates, I think doesn't it?
