So they've re-wound back to the 1993 series of the krypton factor tonight.

Rather disheartened they've decided not to show another series. Do Challenge still have the rights to 1986-92 Krypton Factor?

Yea, pretty poor to reshow a series of The Krypton Factor that was only on a few weeks ago...a bit unimaginative... Rolling Eyes

Of course its still in the middle of the English summer holidays why waste new programmes at this moment of time

No car on 3-2-1 again today. According to Challenge's A-Z of 3-2-1, they were only allowed to give the car away 4 times in a series. This must have been due to the ITC(?) rule about the value of prizes. Was this rule still in place during the current series in 1987 or was it actually a Yorkshire Television rule to keep costs down?

The 1987 series is SOOOO boring compared to the earlier series though. Although I do hope they show the Christmas special. It features Jim and Barbara from The Royle Family.

The girls from the Philadelphia cheese adverts were on the show last Sunday.

Interesting that one of which turned up as a camera operator on The Debbie King Show years later, but then there are probably some on this forum who won't remember The Debbie King Show.

Anybody who blinked that evening would have completely missed it!

That show has to be the unluckiest of all time. It launched one day, and ITV Play was closed down that night without prior warning, thus cancelling the show after only one episode!

Even that was too obscure for me! An ITV Play show that lasted one day? Blimey!
