Final ever episode of The Crystal Maze tomorrow night!! Then hopefully all the Christmas specials, 2 of which I have never seen yet so looking forward to them!

No Christmas specials aired tonight, back to the first episode.
Technically correct though order wise because the first Christmas special didn't happen until the beginning of Series 2.

Reminds me a little of the 'Midnight Mass' incident last Christmas Very Happy

There was no Midnight Mass incident, that was some idiot working for DigiGuide mistaking a religious service for a film.

Just as Sky Programme Information has in this case, although how the description for Beverley Hills Cop ended up there I do not know.

Challenge re-winded back to the 1990 series of bullseye tonight. It seems like it's halfway through the series as Jim didn't welcome viewers to a new series.

There's a few things that still bug me on the Dave Spikey Bullseye's. The sting that's played when the contestants choose to gamble ruins the tension when they walk to the dart board and the music in general, was this version composed by John Patrick too?

I don't believe he did,

saying that; that was one for the minor things that made me hate that new look, where is there no proper drum roll during the gamble for 101, and the there was very little music during the throwing of darts, the main point the LACK of any White good on the prize broad!

I see that from 21st May onwards, Challenge has daily editions of Pointless at 2pm - this is probably the most up to date programme on the channel and shows that Sky are committed to making the schedule fresh and exciting, as well as repeats of Blockbusters and Family Fortunes etc! Very Happy

IF Sky were smart there should start with Sky 1994 version of blockbusters.

I'm really happy to see Sky are investing in content for Challenge. Pointless is a brilliant little show, although I'd like to have seen it in a primetime slot, Sky don't seem to like experimenting with the 6pm-10pm slots. Classic Millionaire could probably do with a rest IMO, but I guess it must be there because it gets the ratings. It had a pretty steady slot on Virgin1/Channel One too.
