I can't believe I am going to say this:
I watched this, thoroughly expecting to switch it off after 5 mins....and although all the shouting and Americanism of it all was a bit cringey, to my surprise I actually sort of enjoyed it.
There, I've admitted it. I feel really dirty and cheap now!

As it's on at the same time as Dr Who I doubt ever. 3.8 million is probably all that could be expected

Quite enjoyed it, it's a not terribly good combat based show saved rather by it's fun sense of direction.
Luckily those with us with digital telly and/or a video can watch this and Doctor Who as both get repeated the next day on digital channels. Everyone wins!

'Hit Me' suffered because it was moved earlier, also I'm not sure large sections of the public like the show....or him. I think he's all right but this show does nothing for me, in fact if it wasn't for Doctor Who I wouldn't be watching anything on terrestrial tv on a Saturday night.

I kind of got the impression it was sort of taking the mick out of the whole WWE (or whatever it's called) genre. Was it trying to be ironic? Or am I reading too much into it?! Maybe it WAS just naff. But quite entertaining, all the same. Erm...or maybe it was all that wine I drank!

If it wasn't bad enough seeing some American-style Steve Irwin bloke hosting... as soon as I saw James Hewitt - that was a turn off for me!
