Did anyone else notice when Davina when "Please welcome Jade" which is usually followed by clapping and cheering yesterday was followed by silence and then Jade did a sort of nervous laugh. Also at the end of the interview some of the studio audience booed her which rarely or hasn't happened with the studio audience before. At the end Davina went "Thank You ...." and then something had clearly be cut out as it sort of jumped. I wonder what happened or was said

I noticed that, whether it was a technical fault or maybe something had been blatantly edited, I don't know - but there was definitely a clear jump.
The BBC were focusing on Ken Livingstone calling for C4 to lose it's licence!
Thats a bit drastic! Axing the Celeb version of Big Brother would be enough. They can carry on with the normal series each summer. There was a letter in the TV TImes this week slagging off the CBB series saying they arent even proper celebs.
Didn't really make sense - the only reason I could think of was when they showed it to Jade they had Jade in-vision over it, so perhaps they shrunk the text so it wouldn't be obscurred.

Well that's what i was thinking when watching it again on YouTube, that was probably why.

There is some irony in there somewhere - he disagrees with one thing, so tarnishes it all with the same brush.
Sums up the ignorance of it all really!
I'm dreadfully sorry: I forgot how in today's climate being an innovative P.S.B. is not actually to push boundaries anymore, and the political climate what with saying one thing, and doing another. It is quite appalling really that C.4. are still doing what their license says on the tin really—pushing the boundaries—they should have started stuffing the schedules with the convienient contest shows and soap operas, and replace their hard hitting documentaries, with, stuff like the better broadcasters do, like the documentaries about 'real' Michael Jackson. C.4. interpretation of their license is dispicable really.
Watching the first episode. I didnt' see it first time, I was sleeping (I was genuinely tired, I'm not implying bordem at the programme).
