There's too much cynicism in this thread.
I've been unhappy with Jade's actions this last week or so. She has demonstrated a very nasty streak in her nature. Argumentative, divisive, belligerent and childish.
But just as I and everyone here can demonstrate such negative qualities, I have to believe that she can show redemption and perhaps even learn from this experience.
There has been no autocue, no cue cards or prompting. I honestly think we have witnessed an, albeit late, realisation from Jade about her actions. Perhaps I could go far as to say an epiphany.
To stretch the analogy of the week - no one is black or white. There are shades of these traits in all of us.
Big Brother has just held it up for us all to see.

I must say, Davina is presenting the show very well, she's calm and it's very formal indeed - will be interesting to see what happens next in the BB House after whoever gets 'Evicted' tonight.
On another note... does anyone know if another sponsor will step in for the last week of the show being broadcast? (Sorry if someone has already mentioned this about a new sponsor for the show)

There has been some prompting though hasnt there? Why did Jade apologise? because the producers told her that her comments could be viewed as racist.

No. The question about "popodom" was sufficient for Jade to anyalyse how her comments had been perceived. That's not prompting in the way that has been suggested here.

really bizarre tv tonight thats for sure, but sorry to be a cynic the whole thing look so stage rehearsed, the real deal will come when Jade has to face the real world!

Yes but again I have never understood this as one of my mates at work put (who himself is black) said that the word n****r isn't a word to be reclaimed by black people, it was a derogitory word used by white people to describe black people.

I think that all housemates have realised that something serious is going on outside the house concerning what's going on inside the house - I think Ian clocked it a day or so ago, in fact.

Agreed, completely. TBH I feel like Jade *has* realised how she behaved, whereas I felt like Danielle was the one doing some serious backpedalling and excuse-making.

I have heard that Jade is being briefed by C4 now. From what I have heard on Sky, Digital Spy and other sites.
Thats what is with the delay and stuff, and lack of 'live' feed from the house (which is behind anyway).
They must be briefing her, they cant expect her to go straight into an interview.
