Lots of twists instore - I've heard that before.

I hope they have the right mix in the house this year. I really enjoy everything about Big Brother. Jan 3rd is a little earlier isint it? I'll still be hung over from New Years Day!

This is going to sound sad, but can i start the Big Brother 8 thread next year?

Channel 4’s Angela Jain has promised there are big surprises in store for Celebrity Big Brother 5.

Today the press release was issued and the news is, in a nutshell:

There will be lots of surprises and twists.
The house has been redesigned for the winter.
Some of the ex housemates from this summer’s series will be acting as “roving reporters and our eyes and ears on the ground” - we’re not quite sure if this is for BBLB or such like, or actually as part of some sort of twist.
There will be more celebrities than ever before
The series will feature more twists, more turns and producers are hoping it’ll be the biggest and best series yet.

It launched on the first Thursday of the year this year so only a day earlier really.

I cant wait - by far the best reality show of them all.

Audition dates have been announced for BB8 - and they are much earlier this time.

Usually they are late February, early March but this time they kick off on January 6th and run throughout Celebrity Big Brother. Also this time most locations have two dates rather than just the one!

Hmmm will we have an Easter Big Brother then?

How long is Celeb BB lasting next year and how long is BB8 planned to last for?

Think Celeb BB is longer than last time - maybe even up to a month.

Didn't some boss at C4 say BB8 wouldn't be as long as this year's run?

CBB is apparently going to run for five weeks but this still hasn't been confirmed. We won't find out how long BB8 lasts for until the last minute but Kevin Lygo says it will never run longer than BB7's 13 week run so no chance of it being extended again.

I read that CBB will run for 6 weeks.

6 weeks - blimey thats a bit too long, I think it should be 3 weeks at the most.

Im glad they are reducing the length of BB this summer - less is more!

The longer it is, the worse the celebrities tend to be. I wonder what bunch of weirdos they will get this year

Following Channel 4's dismal Autumn it's no wonder they are milking the Big Brother format as much as they can
