Just watching bits of Soapstar Superstar and just want to praise Big Brother for something.
You NEVER get Davina pleading with you to vote, telling you your vote makes the difference or saying every week the voting is neck and neck. She gives the voting information and that's that - and only refers to the current figures if it really is close.
Soapstar Superstar and The X Factor always plead with you that you must vote to make a difference, and always try to make out it's neck and neck every single week!
So what if they tell people to vote. Surely thats the whole point of the show. People watching either of the shows will vote (if they want to of course) otherwise there would be no point. Its not like they are forcing you to vote. Sorry but I think that is a poor argument to have a go at ITV and their reality shows.

A lot of filler time at the end of the show. Davina was probably going to reveal another "twist" but they cancelled it. Thank goodness.

True, but they don't have a daily show to advertise their phone lines every night, and AFAIK, ITV don't advertise the lines during advert breaks like Channel 4 does.

Grace I agree, Saskia though I don't entirely agree with you there, although she made some bad comments it was taken out of context by The Scum, Daily Moron & Daily Porn Star . Makosi was far worse IMHO but then again rather than argue over this I think it's best to agree to disagree rather than argue over it in the Celeb BB topic.
I still stand by my post though that once outside the house the public should leave them alone if all they are going to do is chase them down the street & shout s**g or c**t

Yes, during the show itself and within the break of the proceeding programme, prior to the actual result.
Brekkie Boys assertion that C4 & Big Brother are somehow the moral bastion of reality TV is laughable.
The Big Brother voting numbers are advertised continually throughout the week in almost every C4 advert break, then during BBLB, during Big Mouth, during the Live streaming and during every highlights show.
And add to this Big Brother is probably the only reality show to continually take viewers money under false pretences for housemates that end up walking out, and by putting contestants back who have previously been voted out.
