Because he was honest? I said to myself last night 'Thank God for Dirk Benedict', when everybody was in tears as if Jackiey had died, and Dirk simply said 'It's a game'. I was cringing up until that moment.
Jackiey was an awful, mean spirited woman, and he was simply stating his opinion. He wasn't being two faced like some people *cough* Carole *cough*.

Carole must go!!!!
Dirk must stay, I agree, he's the only one being honest.
I'm not surprised Leo's gone - I agree with his protest about there not being "celebrities" in the house but he was just contradicting himself because he was not getting attention. He would of loved it if they all spoke about Thunder in My Heart all the time or his "greatest hits" of the 70s. He basically just cracked.

One thing that always get's me about viewers who complain about certain housemates is when they don't like them because they are "playing a game" in the house (as in pretending to be nice to people so they stay in the house for as long as possible by not getting nominated), but surely that was the whole point of Big Brother in the first place

Exactly - and half the time the ones they pick on aren't the ones playing the devious game!
Last year for example I thought Grace was quite honest about the fact she was playing a game - but Richard was playing a bigger game and denying it too - and that's a bigger crime IMO.
Just watching bits of Soapstar Superstar and just want to praise Big Brother for something.
You NEVER get Davina pleading with you to vote, telling you your vote makes the difference or saying every week the voting is neck and neck. She gives the voting information and that's that - and only refers to the current figures if it really is close.
Soapstar Superstar and The X Factor always plead with you that you must vote to make a difference, and always try to make out it's neck and neck every single week!

Perhaps, but she spent most of her time complaining about people. It's no wonder she was (is?) hated.
Yes but one thing that p*sses me off more than anything else is that when they leave the house a few months down the line people still think they have the right to shout abuse at them. Grace got whacked outside a nightclub by some a*sehole although it wasn't a drunk girl it was a bloke

I wonder whether any tabloids will pay Carole Malone for her 'story'?
Surely the Sunday Mirror will expect her to stay loyal to the paper that employs her but if they don't offer her any money for her story and say The News of the World offer a large sum - would she be foolish not to accept the money from a rival publication?
