Half of the conversations during tonight's highlights seemed scripted and I'm disliking Marcus 2.0 very much! Even BB seems to be talking to them differently, or am I just being picky now?
As for Bit on the Side... Goodness me, kill me now! Why are the VTs so delayed? The presenters seem to wait a good few seconds and just stare into the camera before they start, looks stupid... And as for that spunking dog?! Even Russell Brand would turn his nose up at THAT!
I very much doubt it's scripted, that's a cynical opinion people have had of BB for many years now but clearly isn't the case. And hasn't Marcus 2.0 been on the go for several years now anyway?
As for BotS, last night's show did have a few messed up segments, but the episodes prior had been done pretty well. It seems that it's not only Emma who takes the weekend off, and that some of the production team are different, as were the team looking after the website later in the show.

I doubt it's scripted too! It just seemed quite 'forced' to me, I don't think I'm explaining it as well as I mean!
RE Marcus: Compare his narration in BB11 to now, I guess that's down to the script editors obviously, and I guess '2.0' has been running for a while, I preferred his early days narration... BB1: Day One. BB11: Daaaaaaaay oneee. etc
BOTS is all over the place to me, it's only saving grace is Emma. It's a joke they're showing most clips from the highlights instead of bits we haven't saw.
Very impressed with the ratings it's getting, so I think I'm in the minority and just a whinger!
BB1 Marcus is very different; he's a lot more quiet and, as you've put, less pronounced. He was still impersonated though - I think it's now almost like he's making fun of himself, a caricature of sorts.
Well, this could be big (or not considering the popularity of the show these days). Apparently the reason why there is no live feed is because the housemates are allowed iPods, iPhones, laptops, etc.

Both the EPG and the CA mention Emma Willis presenting Big Brother's Bit on the Side again. Okay, so it might only be 5* but shouldn't Channel 5 be using the ratings that Big Brother brings to reposition themselves as a serious channel? Pre-recorded/erroneous CA is not the way to do it.
I wonder when Alice Levine actually got the weekend gig? The pre-recorded CA, the EPG and the Marcus Bentley promo all mention Emma Willis but not Alice Levine. Maybe she was a very late signing?

On BB Bit on the Side it seemed someone forgot to fade up the theme music going into one of the breaks meaning a silent jib shot fading into the titles. Not very professional.
